1. The amount of engine oil in the car will also affect the water temperature, so keep the basic range.
2. The wood grabber has been working in harsh environment for a long time. It was inevitable that a lot of debris and dust would fall around the engine. Therefore, it is beneficial to reduce the water temperature of the engine by frequently checking and removing the debris near the equipment.
3. Whether the fan works normally, and also check whether the transmission belt of the transmission system is loose. The transmission belt of the transmission system is too loose or too tight, which will cause the water temperature to rise.
4. The water flow is too small or the water storage tank has signs of water leakage. It is carried out during routine maintenance work. If the water temperature is too high, please check whether the water circulation system is normal. The inspection method is to touch the water inlet pipe of the heat pipe radiator by hand. The temperature of the downpipe should not be too far apart. If the temperature difference is large, please check whether the centrifugal pump is not working properly or the water temperature sensor does not turn on.
5. The front of the cooling tower is blocked by debris, which blocks the fluidity of the heat pipe cooling gas. Excessive oil pollution on the engine surface will also damage the heat pipe heat dissipation.
6. The engine load of the wood grabber is heavy, the ignition is too late, and the output power of the hydraulic master pump is too heavy, which will also cause the water temperature to be too high.
7. If it is a fully computer-controlled machine, there is too much or too little oil in the gasoline pump, or the angle of the oil pump is wrong, which can easily cause the water temperature to be too high.
8. Apply antifreeze properly. If your machine evaporates after adding antifreeze, it means that you have not added ethylene glycol antifreeze, because the melting point of ethylene glycol antifreeze can reach 105-110 degrees, which is higher than that of water. The boiling point, it is not easy to evaporate easily.
9. The cover of the water tank of the wood grabber is damaged, which will also cause the water temperature to rise. Because the cover of the water tank is broken, it is easy to cause water inflow in the case of the water circulation system. Therefore, the water temperature will be higher.
