1, the lifting


According to the steel column shape, end face, length, crane performance and other specific conditions, determine the steel column installation lifting point position and number. The commonly used methods of steel column hoisting include rotation method, delivery method and sliding method.


(rotary method) steel column to the site, the crane side lifting, side lifting and rotation, so that the column around the foot of the column to lift the steel column.


(taxiway) installation method in which the column foot of the steel column slides into place after the column body is lifted by 1 ~ 2 cranes. In order to reduce the friction between the column foot and the ground, a taxiway can be laid.


(delivery method) double or multiple hoist, one of which is auxiliary. In order to reduce the friction resistance between the steel column foot and the ground, the auxiliary hoisting point is selected under the steel column, with the main machine hook; With the lifting of the main engine, the auxiliary engine will walk or turn, and the steel column foot will be delivered to the column foundation, the auxiliary machine hook unloading, the main machine will be installed in position.


General steel column with a point straight hanging, lifting lugs in the top of the column, column vertical, easy to correct; The lifting point can also be placed at 1/3 of the length of the column. For slender steel column, to prevent steel column deformation, can use two or more than two points.


If hoisting is to tie the steel wire rope directly in the steel column itself, it is necessary to pay attention to the four corners of the steel column to do wrapping Angle to prevent the steel wire rope being cut; In the binding place, to prevent the steel column from local extrusion damage, the reinforcing plate can be added, and the support bar can be added to the lattice column.

2. Steel column calibration


The main members of the steel structure, such as: column, main beam, roof frame, skylight frame, support, etc., should be immediately corrected when installation. And for permanent fixation, do not install a large area after the correction, this is not correction, will affect the correct position of the structure as a whole, is not allowed.


Elevation of column bottom plate: according to the actual length of the steel column, the flatness of column bottom and the distance between column top and column bottom, the elevation value of column top is mainly guaranteed, and then the adjustment value of foundation elevation is determined.


Vertical and horizontal cross line: when the steel column bottom production, with steel blunt in the column bottom plate side hit each other perpendicular four faces, each face a point, with three points and the base surface cross line alignment can be, to achieve the point line coincidence, if there is a deviation can be borrowed line.


Column perpendicularity: the two theodolites should find the vertical Angle of the two sides of the column at 90°, and use the cable wind rope to correct it. Adjust the nuts under the bottom plate until they meet the requirements. Then screw on the double nuts above the bottom plate. Loosen the cable wind rope, the steel column is in free state, then use theodolite to check, if there is a small deviation, adjust the nut and meet the requirements, tighten the double nut; After the completion of correction, the nut and screw can be welded solid.
