The working principle of the grasping machine mainly depends on its hydraulic system. The following is a detailed explanation of the working principle of the steel grab machine:
The grasping machine delivers high pressure liquid to the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pump. These high-pressure fluids push the piston in the hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate, and then drive the hydraulic grab (also known as the gripper, plum flower hydraulic grab or orange flap grab) connected to the upper and lower arms to open and close. The opening and closing motion of the hydraulic grab is controlled by the control handle, which realizes the precise control of the grab by fixing the hinge base, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic tubing and matching hydraulic integrated control loop.

When the operator issues instructions through the control handle, the valve block and pipeline in the hydraulic system adjust the flow direction and flow rate of the hydraulic oil according to the instruction, thereby driving the hydraulic grab to open and close. When the grab is closed, it can firmly grasp steel or other materials; When the grab is opened, the material can be released.
In addition, the hydraulic system of the gripper also includes key components such as hydraulic valves, hydraulic motors and oil pipelines, which work together to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system and the precise control of the gripper.
In general, the working principle of the steel grab machine is to open and close the hydraulic grab bucket through the hydraulic system, so as to achieve the grasp and release of steel or other materials. This working principle makes the grasping machine efficient, flexible and reliable in the grasping and loading of various materials such as scrap metal, industrial waste, gravel, construction waste, and domestic waste.
