As the saying goes, a wood grabber is a machine that grabs wood. The size arm of the wood grabber, also known as the "grab arm", is mostly evolved from the crawler excavator. Its key function is to carry out the excavation, loading and unloading, handling and transportation of various strip raw materials. The following small series will explain the components of the wood grabber for you:
1. Drive: rotating shaft, main transmission box, gear reducer.
2. Diesel engine.
3. There are two types of transmission modes: integral type (large planetary type) and split type (fixed shaft type).
4. Working gear oil circuit, hydraulic oil filter element, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, tilting hydraulic cylinder.
5. Move the fuel pipe: drive the engine oil sump oil, move the pump, all the way to the torque converter all the way to the gear valve, drive the clutch.
6. Steering fuel line: grab wooden fuel tank, steering pump, steady flow valve (or priority valve) steering device, steering hydraulic cylinder.
7. There are three pumps on the torque converter. Working pump (for lift, anti-bucket working pressure oil) steering pump (for steering working pressure oil) and speed control pump are also called travel pumps (for torque converter, transmission working pressure oil), and some models of steering pumps are also equipped with main Pump (for the main working pressure oil of the control valve).
