Before the installation of the steel grabber equipment, the incoming components should be checked according to the component list, and the product qualification certificate and design documents should be checked; when the factory pre-assembled components are assembled on site, they should be carried out according to the pre-assembly records. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the components, including external dimensions, bolt hole orientation and diameter, the number and quality of connectors, welds, conflict surfaces, and anti-corrosion coatings. Correction, trimming, and processing are carried out, and the equipment can only be installed after passing the test.



1. Hoisting by steel grabber


According to the shape, end face, length, crane performance and other specific conditions of the steel column, determine the orientation and quantity of the lifting point of the steel column equipment. Commonly used steel column hoisting methods include rotation method, delivery method and sliding method. For heavy steel columns, double-machine hoisting can be used.


(Rotation method) When the steel column is transported to the site, the crane lifts, lifts and rotates side by side, so that the column rotates around the foot of the column to lift the steel column.


(Sliding method) After the column is lifted by 1 or 2 cranes, the equipment method to make the column foot of the steel column slide in place. In order to reduce the frictional resistance between the column foot and the ground, a taxiway can be laid.


(Delivery method) Lifting of two or more machines, one of which is an auxiliary machine. In order to reduce the frictional resistance between the foot of the steel column and the ground, the hoisting point of the auxiliary machine is selected under the steel column, and the auxiliary machine is hooked together with the main machine; with the lifting of the main machine, the auxiliary machine has to walk or rotate, and the steel column foot is delivered to the column foundation, and the auxiliary machine The hook is unloaded, and the host puts the column device in place.


Generally, the steel column adopts a one-point vertical hanging, the lifting ear is set at the top of the column, and the column body is vertical, which is easy to align and align; the lifting point can also be placed at 1/3 of the length of the column, and the steel column is skewed, which is not convenient for alignment. For long steel columns, in order to avoid deformation of the steel columns, two or more points can be selected.


If the hoisting is to bind the steel wire rope directly to the steel column itself, it is necessary to pay attention to wrapping the four corners of the steel column to prevent the steel wire rope from being cut off; at the binding place, in order to prevent the steel column from being partially squeezed and damaged, a reinforcing plate can be added to increase the lattice column. support rod.


Before hoisting, tidy up the foundation plate. After the steel column is lifted above the foundation, the operators stand in their respective positions, stabilize the column foot and position it on the foundation plate, and stop the hook when the column is lowered to the foundation plate. Use a crowbar to pry the column so that it is aligned with the center line of the column foundation. After checking the alignment of the column foot and the axis of the foundation plate, spot welding is performed immediately. If it is a column foot that has been welded with a connecting plate, after the crane aligns the connecting plate of the steel column with the anchor bolt, the steel column falls to the surface of the foundation plate, and the steel column is immediately fixed with a nut.


The same type of crane should be used as far as possible when lifting two or more machines. According to the capacity of the crane, the load should be distributed to the lifting points. The load of each crane should not exceed 80% of its corresponding lifting capacity. , to cooperate with each other and coordinate their actions to prevent one crane from losing weight and overloading the other crane, causing a safety accident.
